1. Returns Eligibility
· Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
· Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
· Returns require proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
2. Non-Returnable Items
· Custom orders or special-made items.
· Clearance or final sale products.
3. Refund Process
· Contact sales@stopuno.com with your order details.
· Once approved, ship the item to our warehouse address.
· Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
· If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with images and order ID.
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
